You can get it in this pack: [link] It's called mobius2. Don't install mobius and mobius2 together - they are both called mobius when you see them in the Variations tab. Apo doesn't like 2 plugins with the same name. So, use mobius2 - it has variables Re_A, Im_A through Im_D. It's for Kleinian Groups. Anyway, good luck!
